Weyoun was the "noble progenitor" of a series of Vorta supervisors, diplomats, and administrators in the service of the Dominion during the late 24th century. Like all Vorta he was cloned, with at least eight copies known to exist and five encountered by the Federation.
Eloquent, manipulative, and devoted to the Female Changeling, Weyoun was noted — even by his Cardassian ally Damar — for the overconfidence shared by all his clones. He appears in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and was portrayed by Jeffrey Combs.
