Aau was a Force-sensitive Korban girl who lived on the mountainous, kyber-rich planet Korba with her father, the miner Abat. Blue-skinned with green hair and pink eyes, she possessed the rare ability to purify kyber crystals by singing, a gift that her father considered dangerous.
By 19 BBY, after the Jedi Kratu recognized her talent, Aau left Korba with the Jedi so that her ability could be nurtured. The character appears in the Star Wars: Visions short film "Aau's Song" (Season 2), voiced by Mpilo Jantjie. See the Timeline for chronology.
