Amret Engell was a human female general of the First Order and a member of both First Order High Command and the Supreme Council during the final days of the First Order-Resistance War. After Captain Phasma's death, Engell assumed responsibility for much of General Armitage Hux's stormtrooper training program, viewing newly conquered worlds as sources of children to be molded into troopers.
An admirer of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren, Engell welcomed the addition of the Sith Eternal's Sith troopers to the First Order's forces. She was killed during the Battle of Exegol in 35 ABY. Engell was portrayed by Diana Kent in Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker.
