Arihnda Pryce was a Lothalite human female who served as the Galactic Empire's Governor of the planet Lothal. Deceitful and opportunistic, she rose from heir of the family mining business, Pryce Mining, to planetary governorship through a series of betrayals and power plays, allying with figures such as Wilhuff Tarkin and Grand Admiral Thrawn.
As Governor, Pryce oversaw the Imperial industrialization and strip-mining of Lothal, making it a major base in the Outer Rim. Her efforts to crush the growing rebellion drew Thrawn into the Lothal sector, and she took part in engagements including the Battle of Batonn and the Battle of Atollon.
