Arvel Skeen was a human male rebel operative who served under Vel Sartha as part of a six-member infiltration team. Marked by prison tattoos and a history of incarceration, Skeen claimed to have had a brother who was driven to suicide by the Galactic Empire.
By 5 BBY he was recruited for the operation to steal the sector payroll from the Imperial garrison on Aldhani. Following the successful heist, Skeen proposed to Cassian Andor that they abandon their teammates and split the haul; recognizing his disloyalty, Andor shot and killed him.
