Jo was a human female settler of the town of Mos Pelgo, later renamed Freetown, on Tatooine during the era of the New Republic. An experienced desert hunter, she helped the townsfolk and a tribe of Tusken Raiders lay the explosive trap that, with the aid of the Mandalorian Din Djarin, brought down a marauding krayt dragon.
When Freetown's marshal Cobb Vanth was gunned down by Cad Bane, Jo joined the town's garrison of fighters sent to support Boba Fett in the Battle of Mos Espa, using her marksmanship against the Pyke Syndicate. She appeared in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, portrayed by Karisma Gideon.
