Pampy was a Rutian Twi'lek who served as a loyal aide to Senator Orn Free Taa, the representative of Ryloth, in the Senate of the Galactic Republic. Pampy had cerulean skin and blue eyes and maintained a bitter rivalry with Taa's other aide, Supi.
In 32 BBY, Pampy attended the Senate session in which Queen Padme Amidala of Naboo called for a Vote of No Confidence in Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum during the Trade Federation's invasion of her homeworld.
A decade later, during the Separatist Crisis, Pampy accompanied Orn Free Taa and the Loyalist Committee to a meeting in Chancellor Palpatine's office.
