Samson was a clone trooper, created on Kamino from the genetic template of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, who served in the Galactic Republic's clone army during the Clone Wars. In the early Imperial Era he joined the Clone Underground, a resistance network organized by Clone Captain Rex to shelter clones and dissidents from the new Galactic Empire.
As part of that network, Samson took part in a mission to Pantora to protect Senators Avi Singh and Riyo Chuchi, then returned to the group's base at the B'omarr Order Monastery on Teth. He was killed there by the Clone X assassin CX-2, whose thermal detonator caught him in its blast. Samson appeared in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
