San Hill was a male Muun financier who served as Chairman of the InterGalactic Banking Clan (IGBC) during the era of the Clone Wars. A native of Scipio and one of the wealthiest Muuns of his time, he was a shrewd operator far more at home in boardrooms and closed-door politics than on any battlefield, holding that no war could be fought without money.
Hill pledged the financial and military resources of the Banking Clan to Count Dooku's Confederacy of Independent Systems, signing on at the secret gathering on Geonosis while keeping the banks nominally open to both sides of the conflict. As the IGBC's representative he sat on the Separatist Council, lending the movement the deep financial backing that helped sustain the Separatist war effort.
