Sebulba was a male Dug from the Malastare city of Pixelito, a vicious and celebrated podracer pilot who rose from slavery to fame by winning race after race. Flying a massive orange split-X podracer fitted with illegal weapons, including a flamethrower hidden in one engine, he was notorious for bumping and smashing rivals off the track and was the crowd favorite of the Boonta Eve Classic on Tatooine.
He maintained a bitter rivalry with the young human slave and pilot Anakin Skywalker, whom he repeatedly tried to sabotage. At the Boonta Eve Classic of 32 BBY, Sebulba's cockpit became tangled with Skywalker's engines and he crashed, handing victory, and freedom, to the boy. Sebulba survived and continued racing, later moving into battle-racing during the Clone Wars. He appeared in The Phantom Menace.
