Teedo was a green-skinned humanoid scavenger who operated in the desert wastes of Jakku around thirty years after the Battle of Endor. A member of the species also called Teedo, he rode a luggabeast as a beast of burden and roamed the sands near Niima Outpost.
In 34 ABY, Teedo captured the astromech droid BB-8 in a net, only for the scavenger Rey to free the droid. When he and two other bandits later tried to steal BB-8, Rey lured Teedo into a crashed Star Destroyer, where a nightwatcher worm devoured his speeder bike. He appears in Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, portrayed by Kiran Shah and voiced by David Acord.
