Vane was a male Kajain'sa'Nikto pirate and the second-in-command of Gorian Shard's gang, reputed to be one of the most famous pirates in the galaxy. On the volcanic world of Nevarro he clashed with Greef Karga and Din Djarin, but during the pirate siege of the city he abandoned Shard and fled to save himself.
After deserting, Vane fell in with Captain Silvo's pirates and took part in a mutiny during a raid on a New Republic freighter. Portrayed by Marti Matulis, he first appeared in the third season of The Mandalorian and returned in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
