Ser Emmon Cuy is a knight and a member of King Renly Baratheon's Kingsguard, appearing in the second season of Game of Thrones. A nobleman of the Reach, he guards Renly's tent alongside his sworn brother Ser Robar Royce during the king's campaign in the War of the Five Kings.
When Renly is assassinated by a shadow, Emmon and Robar discover Brienne of Tarth kneeling over the king's body and wrongly conclude she is responsible. Brienne fights off both knights and kills them before fleeing the camp.
