Frances is a minor character in the sixth season of the HBO series Game of Thrones. A dwarf, she is one of the children spies known as the ''little birds'', formerly part of Varys's network of informants and later placed under the command of Qyburn.
Qyburn wins the loyalty of the little birds with candied plums after removing an abusive father, inheriting the network Varys once ran from King's Landing.
