Kullback is a minor character in the fourth season of Game of Thrones, a wildling in service to Mance Rayder, the King-Beyond-the-Wall.
He attends Mance in his tent, pouring drinks and fetching food, during the parley at which Jon Snow comes to treat with the King-Beyond-the-Wall. When the wildling camp is attacked by the cavalry of Stannis Baratheon, Kullback joins the others outside; after the wildling host is routed he is among those taken into custody by Stannis.
