The Thenn warg is a member of the Thenn, a tribe of the Free Folk, and a skinchanger bound to an owl that he uses as a scout for Styr, the Magnar of Thenn. Serving in Mance Rayder's army, he helps locate Tormund and Ygritte's raiding party and signals the assault on Castle Black.
During the battle for the Wall he fights alongside his wildling allies until he is shot in the head with a crossbow by Samwell Tarly. The Thenn warg appears in Game of Thrones.
