Why it's a real question
Home is the surface where individual creator monetization happens (versus Commons, which is collective canonical work). Almost every parameter here has compounding consequences — fee structures shape what gets created; payout thresholds shape who can participate seriously; the relationship between Creator earnings and Credits/Power needs explicit treatment so a high-earning creator doesn't accidentally become a governance whale (or, conversely, find that their commercial success is uncompensated by Credits because the rubric only values certain categories).
