How is an entity that legitimately appears across multiple Franchises stewarded — a real-world historical figure, a shared character in a collaborative arrangement? Which Franchise "owns" canonical facts? How are conflicts resolved?
Why it's a real question
The dual-surface architecture from Entry 002 already separates Network canonical pages (cross-cutting facts) from Franchise canonical pages (in-world treatments). What it doesn't yet specify is the stewardship and conflict-resolution mechanics for the Network surface when several Franchises have legitimate, divergent claims on the same entity.
