Borlas is a Man of Gondor of the Fourth Age and a central figure in J.R.R. Tolkien's unfinished tale The New Shadow. A son of the guardsman Beregond, he lived at Pen-arduin in Emyn Arnen after the War of the Ring and had two children, including a son named Berelach. He appears as a cameo in Peter Jackson's The Return of the King, played by Billy Jackson.
