The Dweller was one of three female Mystics from Rhûn in the Second Age, sent westward by a mysterious Dark Wizard to find the Stranger, whom the Mystics believed to be the returned Sauron. Wielding potent magic, she set carts ablaze, cast sleep, and shape-shifted into the Stranger's likeness before he disintegrated her and her companions with her own staff; she was later recalled to Rhûn through a blood magic ritual. Created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and portrayed by Bridie Sisson, she is a non-canonical character.
