Harold Ramis

Harold Ramis, born in 1944 and passing in 2014, was an American comedy writer, director, and actor whose work spans television and film. He co-wrote and acted in Ghostbusters and Stripes, while directing and scripting comedies like Caddyshack, Groundhog Day, and Analyze This. As the original head writer for SCTV, he honed his skills in sketch and satire, later contributing to the script of National Lampoon's Animal House.
