Tim Daly

Tim Daly, born March 1, 1956, is a versatile American actor, producer, and director celebrated for his portrayal of Joe Hackett on NBC’s sitcom Wings and his nuanced turn as J.T. Dolan in The Sopranos. On ABC’s Private Practice, he lent stability as Pete Wilder from 2007 to 2012. Daly’s distinctive voice work includes voicing Superman in both Superman: The Animated Series and various animated films. His most recent role saw him as Henry McCord, the diplomatic husband on CBS’s Madam Secretary, alongside Téa Leoni, from 2014 to 2019.
