Tress MacNeille, born Teressa Claire Payne in 1951, is an American voice actress celebrated for her versatile range and iconic roles in animated television. Her notable characters include the irrepressible Dot Warner from Animaniacs and the sassy Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, alongside the ever-curious Chip and his dog Gadget Hackwrench in Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers.
