Contributor export rights — what data, in what formats, under what license. Probably constitutionally guaranteed.
Why this matters
Fandom contributors had no clean way to leave with their work. Both an ethical commitment (contributors own what they create) and a structural protection against platform misbehavior. Should probably be constitutionally guaranteed.
Strong portability is an early-warning system: a platform that drifts away from its mission can be left, and the cost of leaving must be low for that signal to function. Constitutional guarantee places the bar where it belongs — high enough that future leadership cannot quietly retract it.
