Why this matters
Each mapping in the Mapping Workshop carries a confidence floor — the threshold below which AI-proposed mappings flag for review rather than auto-applying. At v1, the Creator sets these. At scale, this is too much weight on a single person.
Open: who owns confidence thresholds long-term? Candidates include Franchise Teams (per-Franchise overrides), a Network-level steward role, or a delegated body. Decision can defer to Studio v2 but should not be left unanswered.
