Design the authoring loop that turns natural prose into Facts/entities/links with AI proposing and humans confirming, so structured contribution feels like writing, not data entry.
Why this matters
Entry 029 makes the structured Fact graph the differentiator — but the consumption magic only exists if prose actually becomes Facts, and if that feels harder than Fandom's wikitext, the fanbases never make the content. The make-or-break loop:
- Write-prose → AI-proposes → human-confirms — a member writes naturally; the system proposes Facts, entity links, and citations; the member confirms with minimal friction (the AI role split, Entry 022).
- Ingest Studio as a first-class authoring surface (Entry 021), not a backend tool — the place both new contributions and migrations get structured.
- Migration-scale structuring — bulk-converting existing wiki prose into Facts during a Fandom import, with the mapping cost bounded (G-046).
- Feels like writing — the bar is that structured, Fact-grounded contribution is as easy as or easier than prose, including for the linktree reference ties (Entry 028) that flow through the same proving machinery.
