Add Constitutional language for provider-as-source attribution, Source status formalization, and royalty/attribution flows back to providers.
Why this matters
D6 establishes that imported facts enter as provisional-imported with the provider attributed as citation source and zero Credits awarded. The Constitution as written assumes human authors throughout the contribution rubric (Layer 7) and economic framework (Layer 11).
Open questions:
- How does provider attribution interact with Credits? (Confirmed in D6: it doesn't — but Constitutional language should make this explicit.)
- Are providers formal "Sources" with their own status class, or just citation references?
- Do contributor revenue flows ever owe royalty or attribution back to providers, particularly for paid-tier providers like TMDB under commercial terms?
