Amina Ramsey is a Human Starfleet officer of the late 24th century who holds the rank of captain and serves in Starfleet's command division. A graduate of Starfleet Academy, she was best friends there with Beckett Mariner.
By the 2380s Ramsey commanded the California-class starship USS Oakland, and she briefly took temporary command of the USS Cerritos during an absence of Captain Carol Freeman. She is later honored among the luminaries of Starfleet Academy.
