Dolim is a Xindi-Reptilian military commander and high-ranking member of the Xindi Council from Star Trek: Enterprise. Cold, ruthless and religiously devoted to the Guardians, he advocated the total destruction of the Human species and drove the effort to deploy the Xindi superweapon against Earth.
