Emmet was the Emergency Tactical Hologram (ETH) used during the late 24th century by Captain Cristobal Rios aboard his ship, La Sirena. He was programmed to resemble a tattooed, messy-haired version of Rios and primarily spoke Chilean Spanish with a thick dialect.
One of several emergency holograms aboard La Sirena, alongside Emil, Enoch, Ian, and Mister Hospitality, Emmet specialized in combat support, taking over the ship's phasers when it came under attack. After Rios transferred ownership of La Sirena to Seven of Nine, she merged all of the emergency holograms so that only Emmet remained, disabling his safety protocols to assist her on Fenris Ranger missions.
