Garos

Star Trek

Garos was a Malurian who posed as a member of the Akaali species to run covert mining operations on their pre-industrial homeworld, using a curio shop as his cover.

By 2151 his mining had contaminated the Akaali water supply and triggered a mysterious disease. Exposed by Captain Jonathan Archer with the help of the apothecary Riaan, Garos and his fellow Malurians were driven off the planet, their equipment removed and an antidote provided. Garos appears in Star Trek: Enterprise.
