Jenice Manheim is a Human woman and the wife of the eminent scientist Paul Manheim in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "We'll Always Have Paris." Years earlier, in 2342, she had shared a romance with Jean-Luc Picard in Paris, where he famously failed to meet her for a planned farewell.
When her husband's dimensional experiments on Vandor IV endangered his life and the surrounding region in 2364, the USS Enterprise-D answered the distress call, reuniting Jenice with Picard and giving the two a long-delayed chance to say goodbye.
