Khan Noonien Singh is one of Star Trek's most iconic antagonists, a genetically engineered Human Augment and the most prominent of the "supermen" produced during Earth's Eugenics Wars. Possessing superhuman strength and intellect, he ruled roughly a quarter of the planet in the 1990s before being deposed, fleeing Earth in suspended animation aboard the sleeper ship SS Botany Bay.
Revived by the crew of the USS Enterprise in the 23rd century, Khan attempted to seize the ship and was ultimately exiled by Captain James T. Kirk to Ceti Alpha V, a world whose ecological collapse fueled his obsessive vendetta and his later hijacking of the USS Reliant. This prime-timeline account draws on his appearances in The Original Series, The Wrath of Khan, and the Strange New Worlds storyline involving his descendant La'An Noonien-Singh.
