Travis Mayweather was a Human Starfleet officer who served as the primary watch helmsman aboard the Earth starship Enterprise (NX-01) during its pioneering voyage of exploration in the 2150s, holding the rank of ensign.
Born in 2126 aboard the cargo freighter ECS Horizon, Mayweather grew up in deep space as a so-called "space boomer" and became a naturally gifted pilot able to fly nearly any make or model of ship. He entered Starfleet around 2149 and joined Enterprise as helmsman in April 2151, where he befriended armory officer Malcolm Reed.
His piloting proved invaluable throughout Enterprise's early missions and the Xindi campaign in the Delphic Expanse. Mayweather maintained ties to his family's freighter and his brother Paul, who took over as the Horizon's captain after their father's death. The character was played by Anthony Montgomery.
