Edrio, nicknamed "Two Tubes," was a male Tognath mercenary pilot who fought alongside his eggmate, Benthic. The pair shared a nickname drawn from the breathing apparatus their Tognath physiology required to process oxygen atmospheres.
After the Galactic Empire conquered and occupied his homeworld of Yar Togna, Edrio fled as a refugee and turned to mercenary work, eventually allying with the rebel leader Saw Gerrera and his militant Partisans. He flew missions in a U-wing on Gerrera's behalf in the years before the Battle of Yavin.
Shortly before the destruction of the Death Star, Edrio was killed on Jedha when the Empire tested the battle station's superlaser on Jedha City, collapsing the Partisans' hideout. This Overview summarizes source material under CC BY-SA; chronology is detailed in the Timeline.
