Paz Vizsla was a male human Heavy Infantry Mandalorian of Clan Vizsla and a member of the Tribe, a covert of the Children of the Watch who followed the ancient creed known as the Way of the Mandalore. A descendant of Tarre Vizsla, creator of the Darksaber, he lived during the reign of the New Republic.
Hardened by the Empire's Great Purge of Mandalore, Vizsla guarded the Tribe's armory on Nevarro, clashed with and later allied with the bounty hunter Din Djarin, and dueled him for possession of the Darksaber. He helped rebuild the covert and raised a foundling son, Ragnar Vizsla.
