Ruwee Naberrie was a human male of Naboo and a member of the Naberrie family, best remembered as the father of Padme Amidala and her sister Sola Naberrie. Married to Jobal Naberrie, he raised his family first in a small mountain village he helped build and later in the capital city of Theed.
A man of many callings, Ruwee worked as an educator, builder, and relief worker, and was a talented wood carver. A staunch pacifist, he had largely left politics behind by the time his daughter rose to prominence, though his extensive off-world contacts and his friendship with Senator Onaconda Farr of Rodia kept him connected to galactic affairs. He took the young Padme on relief missions to worlds in need.
Though he did not wish his daughter to enter public life, he supported her election as Queen of Naboo and her later service in the Senate. Following the end of the Clone Wars he mourned Padme's death alongside his family. He was portrayed in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
