Lord Glendon Footly is the head of House Footly, seated at the merchant town of Tumbleton, and appears during the Dance of the Dragons in the third season of House of the Dragon. As a bannerman of House Tyrell, he declares for Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and the Blacks.
After the Fall of King's Landing, Lord Ormund Hightower's army occupies Tumbleton; Glendon and his bolder wife, Lady Sharis, are expelled from their quarters and repeatedly petition Ormund over his soldiers' conduct. Tumbleton's position on the Roseroad makes it strategically important to the Greens' advance.
