Lord Jasper Wylde, called Ironrod, was the head of House Wylde and served as Master of Laws on the Small Council in House of the Dragon, first under King Viserys I Targaryen and then under Aegon II. A rigid legalist, he is a leading member of the Green Council that conspires to place Aegon on the Iron Throne.
