Lady Fell is the head of House Fell during the reign of King Viserys I, appearing in HBO's House of the Dragon. A stormlander noblewoman, she is among the loyalists who refuse to abandon their oaths to Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen when the Greens crown Aegon II.
For her defiance she is imprisoned in the dungeons of the Red Keep, and is later found alive and freed by Prince Daemon Targaryen after the Blacks take King's Landing.
