Talya was a lady-in-waiting to Queen Alicent Hightower who secretly served as a spy in the employ of Mysaria. Positioned within the Red Keep among the Greens, she passed information on the royal succession and the deliberations of the Green Council.
After the death of King Viserys I, Talya was among the servants imprisoned by Ser Otto Hightower to keep the news from spreading. Exposed as one of Mysaria's spies by Larys Strong, she was among those later executed for espionage. Talya appears in House of the Dragon.
