The Fourth Sister, formerly the Jedi Lyn Rakish, was a Force-sensitive Nogratu member of the Galactic Empire's Inquisitorius during the Imperial Era. After falling to the dark side following Order 66, she wielded a double-bladed spinning lightsaber and hunted surviving Jedi under the authority of the Grand Inquisitor and Darth Vader, and was instrumental in recruiting the fallen Jedi Barriss Offee into the Inquisitorius.
She joined the Inquisitorius in the pursuit of Obi-Wan Kenobi in 9 BBY, searching the planets Daiyu and Mapuzo. A later confrontation with Offee, whom she accidentally struck down in an ice cave, caused her to question her allegiance to the Empire.
