Barriss Offee was a Force-sensitive Mirialan who trained as a Jedi Padawan under Master Luminara Unduli during the Clone Wars. A gifted healer who preferred studying ancient Jedi texts to combat, she formed a close friendship with Ahsoka Tano through their shared experiences on the battlefield, including at Geonosis.
As the war continued, Offee grew disillusioned with the Jedi Order, coming to believe it had strayed from its ideals. She orchestrated a bombing of the Jedi Temple and allowed Tano to be framed for the attack before her guilt was uncovered. During the Imperial Era she was inducted into the Inquisitorius, but ultimately renounced it and lived quietly as a wandering healer.
