Cheese is a character in HBO's House of the Dragon, an indebted gambler working as a ratcatcher in the lower levels of the Red Keep during the Dance of the Dragons. His work gave him intimate knowledge of the castle's secret tunnels and passages.
Acting on Daemon Targaryen's orders and paired with an accomplice known as Blood, he infiltrates the Red Keep and takes part in the killing of Prince Jaehaerys Targaryen.
