Lady Talla Tarly is the only daughter of Lord Randyll Tarly and Lady Melessa Tarly of Horn Hill, and the middle child between her brothers Samwell and Dickon. Born and raised at Horn Hill in the Reach, she is warm toward her bookish brother Sam despite their father's disdain for him.
When Sam returns home on his way to the Citadel, Talla welcomes Gilly and takes her under her wing, chafing at her own arranged betrothal to Symun Fossoway. Following the deaths of her father and brother Dickon, and with Sam bound to the Night's Watch and the Citadel, Talla becomes the Lady of Horn Hill and head of House Tarly. She appears in Game of Thrones.
