Why this matters
Per Entries 011 and 012, Power earned is permanent but dilutes through platform growth, and contribution categories are constitutional-tier (only within-category weights are Franchise discretion). Still open:
- Specific dilution rate (how Power supply grows relative to contribution influx)
- Full enumeration of contribution categories (code, decisions, governance work, recruitment, mentorship, content, infrastructure design, appearances/representation, etc.)
- Whether different contribution categories have different inflation rates relative to each other
- How sudden growth events (Franchise migration brings 10,000 contributors at once) are handled
- Process for adding new contribution categories (constitutional amendment via Entry 014)
