Doctor Cornelius Evazan was a human male from the Core World of Alsakan, a once-promising cosmetic surgeon whose descent into madness drove him to practice grotesque "creative surgery" on unwilling victims. Left hideously scarred after an encounter with a bounty hunter, he formed an enduring partnership with the Aqualish thug Ponda Baba.
A wanted man across a dozen star systems and nicknamed the "Mutilator of Milvayne," Evazan served for a time as the personal physician of Crimson Dawn's Dryden Vos and created the subservient cyborg servants known as the Decraniated. He is perhaps best remembered for the Mos Eisley Cantina confrontation in which Obi-Wan Kenobi wounded him and severed Ponda Baba's arm.
