Lady Rhaena Targaryen is the younger daughter of Daemon Targaryen and Laena Velaryon and the sister of Baela Targaryen in House of the Dragon. Unlike her sister she has not bonded a dragon, her egg having failed to hatch.
Aligned with the blacks during the Dance of the Dragons, Rhaena joins Rhaenyra's Black Council and is later sent to the Vale to safeguard the queen's younger children, where she sets out to track the wild dragon Sheepstealer.
