AZI-345211896246498721347, known as AZI-3 to the ARC trooper CT-5555 "Fives" and as AZ to the clone Omega, was a medical droid who served the Grand Army of the Republic at the cloning facilities of Tipoca City on Kamino during the Clone Wars.
Working alongside Fives in 19 BBY, AZI-3 helped uncover that every clone trooper had been implanted with an inhibitor chip, the hidden mechanism behind Darth Sidious's Great Jedi Purge. After the rise of the Empire and the destruction of Tipoca City, AZI-3 escaped with the aid of Omega and the renegade Clone Force 99, later saving Omega and Crosshair at the cost of his own power, and ultimately settled with the Bad Batch on Pabu.
