Fox, clone designation CC-1010, was a clone trooper officer who served as Commander of the Coruscant Guard during the Clone Wars. Bred on Kamino from the genetic template of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, he was stationed on the Republic capital of Coruscant, where his shock troopers safeguarded the Galactic Senate and Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine and became one of the war's most decorated and recognizable units.
Among his notable actions, Fox led the raid on Ziro the Hutt's palace to rescue Senator Padme Amidala and, later, hunted and killed the fugitive ARC trooper Fives. He retained command of the Guard after the rise of the Galactic Empire as an Imperial shock trooper, but was ultimately executed by Darth Vader after his troops mistook the Sith Lord for a Jedi.
